POST - Protocol for recovery

POST is a functional sauna infusion, developed for the phase immediately following high physical or mental exertion.

It was designed for the moment when training ends and regeneration begins – not as relaxation in the classical sense, but as a conscious transition from the activated to the regenerative state.

After intensive strength, interval or endurance training sessions, POST supports the targeted downregulation of the nervous system and helps to initiate the regeneration process in a structured manner.

Application

Heat the sauna to 80–95 °C
Dose one pipette (2ml) per liter of water
Slowly pour over the hot sauna stones
Breathe calmly, consciously perceive the heat

For use in the sauna only.
Do not apply to skin.
